What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a talented Engineer 2 to join our team, responsible for leveraging your technical knowledge to solve complex business problems. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, evaluating the effectiveness of technology through requirements gathering, testing, and research. You will be responsible for providing high-quality solutions that align with customer expectations while focusing on communication, teamwork, and customer-centric problem solving.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, handling escalations, performing trend analysis, engineering solutions, and implementing process enhancements to mitigate recurring issues. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors in supporting Microsoft Exchange technologies and various endpoint technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Exchange environments, including hybrid deployments of Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises.

Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal operation and compliance with company policies.

Perform regular maintenance tasks such as certificate renewals, patching, and software updates.

Create, manage, and troubleshoot complex distribution lists, including dynamic distribution lists and nested groups.

Configure, manage and troubleshoot Exchange connectors.
-
Utilize PowerShell scripting for management tasks and reporting.
-
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
-
Automate tasks and identify process improvements.
-
Stay current with industry trends and recommend enhancements to the Exchange environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
-
3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments, including hybrid deployments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange architecture, administration, and troubleshooting.
-
Experience monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Proficiency in troubleshooting email delivery, access, and performance issues.
-
Experience with email security technologies and best practices.
-
Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for management tasks.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 cloud and internal environments.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
-
Experience with F5 load balancers.
-
General understanding of Android OS and iOS.
-
Familiarity with Splunk and JIRA.
-
Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus.
-
Relevant Microsoft Exchange and M365 certifications are a plus.
Pay: $49 – $70 /yr.
