What You Will Be Doing:
- Timely and accurate delivery of reports and data requests
- Demonstrate knowledge of legal and compliance considerations in data reporting
- Take a collaborative and consultative approach with stakeholders
- Assess and prioritize reporting requests effectively
- Maintain technical proficiency across reporting tools and systems
- Ensure on-time delivery of reporting and data requests
- Practice effective triage and prioritization of multiple requests
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business needs
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or technology-focused roles may be considered)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services
- Oracle database experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in data reporting
- Ability to work independently and take a strategic, business-focused approach
- Experience conducting detailed audits and quality reviews
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with PeopleSoft reporting systems
- Knowledge of BrassRing recruiting platform
- Power BI dashboard development experience
- Data warehouse and ETL process knowledge
- Experience with error report analysis and troubleshooting
- Background in HR analytics or people data reporting
- Understanding of attrition and engagement analytics
- Project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Pay: $30.51 – $43.59 /hr.
