Data Analyst

• Designed and built interactive dashboards in Power BI to consolidate and visualize skills assessment results.
• Analyzed assessment data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Developed actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance program outcomes and organizational impact.
• Prepared and delivered reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborated with internal teams to ensure alignment on data requirements and reporting standards.
• Validated data accuracy and ensured the integrity of dashboard outputs.
• Incorporated stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the dashboard and analytical methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in data visualization, with a strong proficiency in building interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, including identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting data from various sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of OData and its applications in data analysis.
• Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with data quality and integrity principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $38.15 – $54.50 /hr.
