What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Specialist to join our Analytics – Insights Delivery team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive solutions and alternatives in response to incoming calls and written correspondence from clients, financial advisors, branch office administrators, and internal associates. Your goal will be to deliver accurate, complete, and timely service while facilitating a seamless experience for our branches and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently while demonstrating resourcefulness in a team environment.
- Utilize sound judgment and decision-making skills to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintain high levels of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to change.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in all tasks.
- Multitask efficiently while managing a fast-paced work environment.
- Exhibit strong service skills, showing patience, empathy, and calmness under pressure.
- Utilize technical skills in Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and Service Center tools.
- Engage in meaningful conversations over the phone with clients and associates.
- Maintain proficient typing skills to manage correspondence efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Experience in the finance service industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong typing skills.
- Knowledge of finance-related concepts.
- Experience with Service Center tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Pay: $17.15 – $24.50 /yr.
