Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Clinical Application Specialist. Do you have experience with radiology workflows, RIS, PACS, DICOM, and HL7? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of our Radiology Digital Solutions portfolio. You will provide expert product training, system organization, and clinical workflow expertise to our customers, enabling them to achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute on-site and virtual training sessions.
  • Manage training documentation and report on education outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams.
  • Assist customers with system organization and data management.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of education content.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain expertise in our software offerings.
  • Assist in reporting and interpretation of training and customer health KPIs.
  • Contribute to process creation and refinement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new clinical application onboarding.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with customer demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Represent our company at conferences and trade shows.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Associate degree in a relatable technical or clinical discipline (e.g., Radiologic Sciences, Information Technology) with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.   
  • Radiologic Technologist (RT) Certification.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of varying backgrounds.
  • Ability to problem-solve, and manage complexity, and ambiguity.
  • Hands-on mentality, self-motivation, team-player attitude, detail orientation, and result-driven mindset.
  • Strong understanding of Radiology and associated IT workflows (RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software systems.
  • Strong time management skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Security + Certification (CompTIA)
  • CIIP Certification
  • CT, MR Modality, or Quality Management experience
  • Knowledge of dose management software, electronic medical record systems, or PACS systems

Pay: $53.20 – $76 /hr.
