What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a dynamic Change Lead to spearhead change management and adoption strategies for critical initiatives and system implementations. This role is essential in driving new and/or different business processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, manage, and support communication efforts for various change initiatives and day-to-day communication needs.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure alignment of change activities with departmental strategies.
- Identify potential risks, points of resistance, and gaps, and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery/adoption plan for critical change initiatives.
- Create communication materials, key messages, and collaborate with subject matter experts on deliverables and continuous improvement ideas.
- Ensure timely delivery of messages to the appropriate audience using suitable communication channels.
- Advocate for the reasons behind changes and articulate the benefits of planned initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in change management and communication strategies.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in creating and managing communication plans and materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools.
Pay: $38.00 – $54.25 /hr.
