What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled Change Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead change management and adoption strategies for critical initiatives and system implementations, driving the adoption of new and/or different business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, manage, and support communication efforts for various change initiatives and day-to-day communication needs.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure alignment of change activities with departmental strategies.
- Identify potential risks, points of resistance, and gaps, developing corrective action plans as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery/adoption plan for critical change initiatives.
- Create communication materials and key messages, collaborating with subject matter experts on deliverables and continuous improvement ideas.
- Ensure messages are delivered to the appropriate audience at the right time, using effective communication channels.
- Advocate for the reasons behind changes and the benefits they will deliver.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in change management.
- Strong communication writing skills.
- Experience with large-scale deployments.
- Ability to develop and implement corrective action plans.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in change management.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
Pay: $38.02 – $54.32 /yr.
