What You Will Be Doing:
As a Change Lead, you will spearhead change management and adoption strategies for critical initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business processes. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and risk management skills to drive successful organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage communication efforts for change initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers to harmonize change activities
- Identify risks and gaps, and create corrective action plans
- Develop and maintain integrated adoption plans
- Craft key messages and communication materials
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Pay: $37.40 – $53.40 /hr.
