Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Business Analyst – AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE).

What You Will Be Doing:
This role supports the successful adoption and scaling of artificial intelligence by translating business ideas into decision-ready AI initiatives. You will serve as the central point for business-driven AI demand, ensuring ideas progress effectively from intake through executive decision-making. The focus is on business clarity, enablement, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary intake and coordination lead for enterprise AI initiatives, capturing business objectives, readiness, and value propositions.
- Organize, maintain, and oversee the enterprise AI intake pipeline, ensuring transparency into priorities, ownership, and status.
- Support AI leadership with prioritization frameworks, strategic recommendations, and business case development.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and decision-support materials for AI Steering Committee reviews.
- Manage the enterprise AI use-case portfolio, including milestones, sequencing, risks, and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication among business sponsors, governance teams, legal, privacy, cybersecurity, and technical architecture teams.
- Track executive decisions, action items, and implementation follow-through.
- Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and recurring challenges to improve AI operating models.
- Provide recommendations to leadership regarding prioritization, feasibility, and execution readiness.
- Promote enterprise-wide AI adoption through operational clarity, consistency, and momentum.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven business analyst experience in enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities across multiple initiatives.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects and resolve ambiguity.
- Experience preparing executive-level materials and strategic recommendations.
- Ability to coordinate across business, governance, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing intake processes, project pipelines, or strategic portfolios.
- Comfortable escalating roadblocks and navigating organizational complexity.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics initiatives.
- Previous governance, compliance, or enterprise operating model experience.
- Familiarity with AI prioritization frameworks or Center of Excellence structures.
- Experience working with executive steering committees.
- Background in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of privacy, legal, cybersecurity, and risk considerations for enterprise programs.
- Experience in hybrid corporate environments.
Pay: $39.90 – $57.00 /hr.
