What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the infrastructure and systems underpinning a web-based collision repair management platform. Your focus will include server administration, security, cloud (AWS), and database support to ensure high availability, performance, and security of production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support infrastructure and systems for a web-based management platform.
- Manage server administration and incident response to ensure high system availability.
- Perform system patching across Operating Systems, WebLogic, and AWS AMIs.
- Administer security protocols including SSO, SAML, and SSL certificate management.
- Support and manage databases, including System I, Oracle, and MariaDB.
- Conduct performance tuning and monitoring using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Support AWS infrastructure, including AMI maintenance and upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of AS400/System i (iSeries) experience, with proficiency in Mimix and database management.
- At least 5 years of combined software and infrastructure engineering experience, including server and system administration.
- Extensive experience supporting WebLogic, Tomcat, ESB, AIX, and middleware upgrades.
- Proven expertise in security administration (SSO, SAML, SSL certificate management, and coding for deployment).
- Strong ability in incident response and system patching.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring.
- Experience supporting AWS infrastructure and AMI maintenance.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or a related field.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft development and support.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technology.
- Agile methodology experience using JIRA.
- Strong collaborative skills working across cross-functional IT teams.
Pay: $49.00 – $70.00 /hr.
