What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our dynamic creative team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs across various media, including print, digital, and social media. You will work closely with our creative team, account managers, and clients to bring their ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and target audience
- Create compelling visuals for print, digital, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality creative work
- Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience working as an Art Director or similar creative role
- Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma skills for both digital and print design
- Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital channels, including social, e-commerce, digital display advertising, and retailer digital advertising
- Ability to contribute to brainstorming and general problem-solving
- Strong typography skills
- Basic motion design skills, including After Effects, and animated GIFs.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- After Effects experience a plus.
Pay: $33.60 – $48.00 /hr.
