What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and individuals in adopting and improving Agile methodologies. You will drive organizational agility, foster collaboration, and help develop practices tailored to specific environments and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic business agility planning across the organization.
- Develop Agile standards, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Promote and maintain Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Train and mentor Scrum Masters and coaches.
- Facilitate team development, retrospectives, and impediment resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster self-organized teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Lean practices.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in coaching multiple teams and scaling Agile practices.
- Familiarity with metrics-driven Agile transformations.
Pay: $54.60 – $78.00 /hr.
