Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a UX Architect - Senior.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will create innovative solutions to some of our most difficult challenges using a human-centered design methodology. You will improve the usability of a digital product by incorporating user research methods to guide the design, development, and refinement of the work. You will also work closely with fellow designers, product managers, and engineers to identify opportunities and provide cross-departmental feedback. You will improve the usability of a product by incorporating user research methods to guide the design, development, and refinement of the work. You will express concepts through powerful visuals and tangible form. You will contribute to strategic meetings and decisions with the product management teams. You will plan, organize, and execute multi-layered customer research initiatives. You will analyze and share research findings with key stakeholders across IT/business. You will facilitate digital product discovery and conceptual design workshops - design sprints, journey mapping, co-design - with digital product stakeholders from IT and the business. You will express concepts by rapidly wireframing and prototyping scenarios using a combination of analog tools (whiteboards and sketchbooks) and digital methods (Sketch, Abstract, InVision, Adobe CC). You will also iteratively test these concepts with customers and share key findings with your team. You will use evidence-based research to influence strategic decisions. You will organize design critiques to solicit feedback from the team and improve designs. You will support the digital product team in defining goals, signals, and metrics. You will encourage and uphold high standards for digital product experiences. You will champion accessibility and industry design standards. You will serve as an ambassador for Product Design within the org and in the broader design community.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree and 8+ years experience, or applicable work experience in related industry.
  • Solid portfolio with mobile and web-based projects
  • Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills
  • Mastery of Sketch, Adobe CS, Axure (or other prototyping products)
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about human-centered design (HCD)
  • The belief that collaboration makes for a better product and culture
  • HTML & CSS skills are a plus
  • Illustration skills are a plus
