Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an UX Architect - Expert.
This role is responsible for partnering with Global Business Architects and the Regional Digital teams to establish and implement global marketing automation use cases, experiment design, and optimization strategies that support the customer lifecycle and drive subscriber engagement, adoption, and retention, thereby increasing loyalty and reducing churn to increase business revenue. The design principles, feedback and reporting tactics, and optimization programs this role creates and drives will deliver data-driven insights regarding customer behavior and program effectiveness.
What You Will Be Doing:
From a global perspective, you will work with the regions in leading the day to day tactical operations in Adobe Campaign as well as other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools. You will craft new processes and mindsets including a testing mentality to drive a data-driven approach to market campaign creation and management, including expert command and experience with Agile marketing strategies and Adobe Marketing Cloud. You will also provide insight as to the value of segments built and marketing automation role in acquisition (data and subscriber), retention, loyalty, and overall excellence. You will support global Adobe tool adoption and system integrations needed to execute automation efforts and goals by designing the day-to-day execution of campaigns according to their business plans including Marketing Automation workflow development and deployment. You will work with the regional/brands to design global digital behavior segmentation, classifications, customer data synthesis processes, and multi-variate testing guidelines to deliver efficient and effective campaign targeting while optimizing to derive valuable brand insights. You will lead global web and campaign analytics strategies with agencies that help shape intelligent data requirements, digital strategies, and insightful reporting that achieve business objectives. You will also lead the execution of demand generation and retention programs alongside Global Digital Marketing Lead, Strategy & Operations, to improve global business processes and drive meaningful efficiencies. In coordination with Global Digital Marketing Lead, Strategy & Operations and regions, you will report and adjust campaign approaches based upon metrics and dashboards to ensure they are reaching KPIs, retention and revenue goals. In conjunction with IT and Customer Success COE, you will be responsible for developing a global KPI framework, experiment design and reporting strategy, and execution of cross-channel experience.
What We Are Looking For:
10+ years in Marketing Analytics or Behavioral Data Science, or comparable discipline
Demonstrated ability to collaborate/influence practices and relationships across divisions (IT, Product Supply, Climate, Strategy & Insights), including working with global team members, commercial leads, etc.
Agribusiness seed & crop protection industry or commercial experience
Expert understanding of dynamic progressive market research and data visualization methods, tools, and outputs
Ability to understand modern business strategies, objectives, and goals, and be able to participate in the discussion
3-5 years experience (strategic and tactical) working with Adobe Marketing Cloud, in parts or whole - including strong experience/certification in Adobe Campaign as well as ACE Certification with Adobe Analytics, experience with Target and Audience Managers. This includes experience in workflow design, working with data/data science and data validation. Also needed is knowledge of HTML coding as well as basic knowledge of Java Script
1-3 years experience working with Agile marketing practices, including coordination with agencies and media organizations
Experience with annual planning for global brands in the digital space
Experience with international business conventions and decorum
