Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a UX Architect - Expert position.
You will define the capability strategy, standardize and align business processes, ensure execution, and drive business adoption. You will ensure the success of the design, build, and execution of the global Web site migration initiative by working with the various business units and technical teams. You will also define and lead the discovery for new Web capabilities to rollout globally and across business units. You will serve as the thought leader and advisor to teams across the organization on activation of digital marketing capabilities, including front-end Website design and layout, Marketing Compliance (i.e. GDPR), Content Tagging/ Taxonomy, and SEO. You will work cross-functionally to conduct an upstream product data/ content discovery that will equip the various IT groups with direction as to what data types are required to drive understanding of where the information should be generated and enable us to have a more holistic strategy on how the capabilities being built need to connect. You will lead discovery for the standardization of the product data/ content workflow to consolidate Marketing rules and ensure the data flow between the Commercial pipeline starting from Tech Dev & Agronomy (TD&A) through Customer facing capabilities (i.e. Web sites, product fact sheets, etc.) to provide Customers meaningful product content. You will work with brand teams to optimize the workflow of new content creation and ensure the various parts of the platform are integrated (e.g. Analytics) for authors. You will build and manage rolling three-year roadmap, mapping business capability to platform execution. You will also work with platform product team to understand new capabilities via product releases and potential adoption based on business need. You will drive adoption of digital platform-tools/ capabilities across the globe. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities by understanding strategy, objectives, and environmental factors. You will assess the maturity of current capabilities and conduct current state workshops and/or interviews with impacted personas to understand behaviors, goals, tasks, tools, workflows, friction points, risks, and priorities. You will identify SMART goals that can be oriented to the long-term goals of the Marketing team and attribute capabilities to goal success. You will facilitate feedback sessions with impacted personas to assess to-be experience, analyze findings and iterate designs.
