Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position. What You Will Be Doing: You will source, screen, and recommend strongly IT talent primarily in St. Louis, MO. You will support several practices and the Staffing team within Technology Partners and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You will also run reports several times a week for multiple Hiring Managers in order to provide status on open positions. You will attend regular meetings with Staffing and Executive teams and run weekly reports to provide the status of priority positions. You will do advanced Internet research using Boolean search techniques. What We Are Looking For:
Fluency in working with applicant tracking systems
Lead the sourcing process for Technology Partners with the ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent
Active recruiting, social networking, and job board posting expertise
Discernment to elevate urgent talent needs to Recruitment Marketing position (and Marketing team)
Customer service excellence with a solid work ethic
Interpersonal communication skills, a value for transparency, and a desire for building internal relationships
A drive to achieve specific and measurable goals
An interest in a Talent Acquisition career
It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:
Familiarity with sites such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc.
Creative Recruiting experience
Self-driven and self-managed work ethic
