Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Support Specialist (Application) - Intermediate position.
You will provide level 2 incident problem solving for our client base. You will do office 365 performance troubleshooting, operational readiness, and optimization of Microsoft Cloud platform. You will do end to end service to ensure SLA adherence, performance & availability and change management expectations for our business capabilities. You will also provide success metrics of ITSM efficiencies. You will ensure that CMDBs and knowledge base for Office 356 services are evergreen. You will work closely with senior IT management and internal/external customers to deliver best-in-class IT operations and support, including definition/ongoing reviews of SLA/OLAs. You will also work closely with key IT vendors, making sure that we are receiving the right support level. You will establish IT Partner and infrastructure rapport to foster communication, information exchange, and goodwill. You will serve as escalation point and facilitator for IT Partner concerns and issues not being resolved in a timely manner. You will participate in process improvement initiatives between IT Partners to ensure a high availability IT landscape. You will maintain an awareness of outages and problems to provide effective communication with IT Partners. You will also escalate issues to correct teams and drive ownership to resolution.
