Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Support Specialist (Application) - Intermediate position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will provide level 2 incident problem solving for our client base. You will do office 365 performance troubleshooting, operational readiness, and optimization of Microsoft Cloud platform. You will do end to end service to ensure SLA adherence, performance & availability and change management expectations for our business capabilities. You will also provide success metrics of ITSM efficiencies. You will ensure that CMDBs and knowledge base for Office 356 services are evergreen. You will work closely with senior IT management and internal/external customers to deliver best-in-class IT operations and support, including definition/ongoing reviews of SLA/OLAs. You will also work closely with key IT vendors, making sure that we are receiving the right support level. You will establish IT Partner and infrastructure rapport to foster communication, information exchange, and goodwill. You will serve as escalation point and facilitator for IT Partner concerns and issues not being resolved in a timely manner. You will participate in process improvement initiatives between IT Partners to ensure a high availability IT landscape. You will maintain an awareness of outages and problems to provide effective communication with IT Partners. You will also escalate issues to correct teams and drive ownership to resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting issues in a large enterprise environment (more than 10,000 users)

  • Broad-based technology knowledge, with a curiosity that leads to continuous learning, and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, concepts, and technologies

  • Microsoft Certified SharePoint and Office 365 Professional

  • 1-2 years of SharePoint experience including 2007, 2010, 2013 and SharePoint online

  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure and Office 365)

  • Delivering Office 365 proof of concept project to clients

  • Supporting Office 365 installations for small, medium and enterprise clients including across the globe

  • Good understanding of ITSM practices and processes

  • Previous experience supporting IT services based on SLAs

  • Broad-based technology knowledge, with a curiosity that leads to continuous learning, and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, concepts, and technologies

  • Ability to see things with a global mindset

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, oral communication and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated success in contributing to a continuous process improvement environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive tactical response issues.

  • Manage ambiguous situations, strong critical thinking and ability to be decisive while working cooperatively

  • Must be a self starter, collaborate across team boundaries, drive issues to conclusion and hold others accountable for results

  • Must have strong influencing skills

It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:

  • Bachelors Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Engineering)

  • Windows Server administration experience

  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) frameworks

  • Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile software development methodologies

  • Experience with enterprise and open source monitoring and performance tools

  • Experience with Windows shell scripting
