Our client is currently seeking a talented Sr. Software Analyst--Salesforce.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responsible for evaluating business requests to determine feasibility, identifying options, and recommending solutions. You will assist with interpreting customer requirements into conceptual and logical design specifications. You will also assist with developing solutions and recommending changes to our Salesforce environment in order to meet our user's needs.
You will also be asked to research and present information in response to questions related to business standards. You will participate in testing, identifying potential problems and researching opportunities to minimize complexity. You will actively investigate, interpret, collaborate, understand and document the platform/service functionality from the business perspective. It is imperative that you acknowledge and interpret the business goals, objectives, report improvements through system enhancements, process improvements and issue resolution.
What We Are Looking For:
Available to work in the St. Louis office
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. Without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
3-5 years of Salesforce customization, support, and configuration
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills which include the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and set priorities
Experience analyzing and interpreting information in a large scale environment and make suggestions and recommendations
Ability to create custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, approval processes and validation rules
Experience with creating Salesforce workflow rules and assigned field updates, and related tasks
Ability to create custom dashboards and custom reports to provide sales data to a variety of Salesforce users.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of IT and Business users
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to communicate effectively with delivery team on issues, new requirements
It Would Be Great, But Not Required, If You Had:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
Knowledgeable and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Methodology
Experience and familiarity Einstein Analytics and Salesforce mobile application
Experience with both Salesforce Lightning and Classic
