Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Sr. Administrator, Project Management position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will meet with lead technical resources (Operations delivery teams and application teams) to discuss and elicit under the surface needs and translate them into specific system requirements. You will identify solutions for less complex, more common efforts. You will independently create prototype designs/solutions for components of projects and writes basic documentation (feature/story definition). You will define project requirements and assists with estimating efforts to fulfill requirements. You will coach junior resources in the development of features/stories/solutions for less-complex projects. You will coordinate work effort across Operations Service Delivery and Infrastructure Delivery teams and manages coordination/communication with Application teams. You will also complete initial scoping and impact analysis (including Operations Requirements documentation) in conjunction with requesting team.

You will meet with Operations delivery teams and application teams to discuss and elicit under-the-surface needs and translate them into specific infrastructure/system requirements. You will identify solutions for less complex, more common requests. You will create/recommend solutions for more complex efforts and identifies technical aspects requiring more in-depth design/solutions from Operations delivery teams. You will also create initial features/stories for impacted delivery teams. You will manage initiatives and large features. You will provide the traditional Project Management support to manage the execution of initiatives and features. You will manage risks and dependencies, escalates and tracks impediments, and communicates with stakeholders. You will work with the Program Team to break initiatives down into features and size them in Feature Points. You will slot features into PIs based on business priorities, capacity, and feature point estimates. You will assist with creation and tracking of GSM tickets (but does not own or signoff/approve the GSM). Examples of types of initiatives managed by SAPMs: M&A integration efforts, Large end of life/tech refresh efforts requiring significant coordination with application teams, data center moves.
