Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Senior Technical Communicator position.
You will systematically document and disseminate instruction guides and other supporting documents to communicate process and procedures for Operations and Infrastructure in an agile environment. You will independently develop content using a clear and concise writing style that is tailored to specific audiences, and guide others using infographics and other visual communications materials. You will establish and/or update the content, structure, layout, and organization of manuals and other documents for task-based, how-to guides and reference information. You will take ownership for curating and improving current Confluence and SharePoint process documentation repositories to ensure documentation remains relevant as the organization transforms. You will help drive strategic internal communications plans and programs that align with business goals to enhance employee understanding, increase engagement and drive a high-performance culture of collaboration. You will also contribute ideas on how to advance internal communications and training content. You may contribute to the development of training plans.
