Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Senior Engineer, Internet Engineering position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be responsible for programming, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and support of systems application products in adherence to company standards, processes and best practices. You will be accountable for developing high quality, secure, scalable solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artifacts within expected time and budget. You will research, create and evaluate technical solution alternatives for the business needs. You will create systems and testing documentation per department standards. You will also follow standards in development and testing to ensure compliance with Audit Requirements. You will follow the company Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes. You will support the collection and reporting of project and internet metrics. You will actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience.

  • Basic understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.

  • 0 to 12 months of experience in the software engineering field.

  • Must be high-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and demonstrate the ability to drive results.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities with the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks and tools.

  • Strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills with the ability to work as a member of matrix-based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
