Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Senior Director, Provider Network Operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be accountable for performance results, network optimization, member moves, network adequacy, network filings, strategic direction and development of operational deliverables in support of program requirements. You will direct and coordinate activities of assigned provider network operations team who are accountable for the day to day network optimization, network adequacy, and service administration activities. You will establish and implement business processes and business process improvements. You will lead initiatives, represent network operations, and provide subject matter expertise on department directives. You will ensure network filings are submitted accurately and timely. You will also ensure member moves are completed timely and effectively. You will also ensure contract change orders are appropriately evaluated and implemented timely. You will direct and ensure effective and efficient operational management with an emphasis on execution, outcomes, continual improvement and performance enhancement. Continuously seek improvement of processes and procedures in support of financial and quality objectives. You will collaborate across departments/functions to ensure processes, metrics and service levels are compliant. You will ensure subcontractor vendor performance is monitored and evaluated for ongoing fiscal and operational compliance. You will be responsible for fiscal management/leadership, such as budgeting, reporting, and productivity. You will ensure financial compliance with corporate initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
8+ years of provider network operations experience.
Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
