Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Intern position.



Summary:

Would you like an opportunity to build real recruiting experience and make a difference? We're seeking a college student (seniors preferred) interested in pursuing a career in the programming and/or Recruitment field. You will join our corporate team to do data analysis, marketing research, and work with the executive team to support our Staffing team. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic and goal-oriented to assist with employee communications and talent acquisition functions. This internship will provide you exposure to processes, procedures, and technologies that are fundamental to an organization.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will be researching the staffing industry and marketing trends to continue enhancing our talent communications strategy. You will be helping to identify candidates through strategic sourcing efforts by using targeted search strings on LinkedIn and internal application tracking system. You will also be assisting with various administrative tasks needed to make our Staffing team more efficient. You will be conducting competitive research to assist with strategic recruitment efforts. You will also be pulling data from our applicant tracking system in order to help build reports on hiring trends. You will be assisting with university recruitment engagement tasks. You will also be assisting in evaluating software platforms and institutionalizing processes. You will also be working on employee and talent acquisition related special projects.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or having just completed undergraduate courses in a related field (second year or higher preferred)

  • Strong ability to be resourceful

  • Interest in staffing and being the first impression of the company for people



It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:

  • Being a friendly and warm person, willing to talk on the phone with potential candidates

  • Customer service experience

  • Self-motivated, well-spoken and willing to go the extra mile by pitching in with other teams.

  • Extensive research projects and experience

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc)
