Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist.

Technology Partners is looking for a creative and disciplined Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our staffing team at our headquarters office in St. Louis! The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will support our staffing in everything from the development of a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to the execution of recruitment marketing tactics. Our Marketing team looks forward to working with this role to advance campaigns, expand on current market intelligence, and to utilize technology recommendations in an effort to generate a stong talent pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will create and manage a holistic recruitment database of resources for candidate outreach. You will write engaging campaigns targeting talent communities and educate delivery teams on how to effectively build and deliver campaigns. You will also coordinate the tracking of account-specific recruitment marketing spend and analyze/report ROI. You will create and implement a recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs, or industry events. You will also collect, utilize and share recruitment marketing best practices and principles across Technology Partners.

  • Ability to utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to manage recruitment marketing initiatives
It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in working with applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with sites such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc.
  • Experience with paid advertising
  • Recruiting experience
  • Creative Recruiting experience
  • Graphic design skills
  • Self-driven and self-managed work ethic
