Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist position. What You Will Be Doing: You will create and manage a holistic recruitment database of resources for candidate outreach. You will write engaging campaigns targeting talent communities and educate delivery teams on how to effectively build and deliver campaigns. You will also coordinate the tracking of account-specific recruitment marketing spend and analyze/report ROI. You will create and implement a recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs, or industry events. You will collect, utilize and share recruitment marketing best practices and principles across Technology Partners. What We Are Looking For:

Ability to utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to manage recruitment marketing initiatives
It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:
Fluency in working with applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with sites such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc.
Experience with paid advertising
Creative Recruiting experience
Graphic design skills
Self-driven and self-managed work ethic
