Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Recruiter position.
You will document all interactions and activities with outside contacts in the database. You will source, screen, gather references, and prepare resumes of prospective candidates. You will also identify and submit appropriate candidates to client openings. You will prepare candidates for interviews, coordinate interview details, accompany candidates to interviews when necessary, and provide appropriate feedback to recruits and clients after their respective interviews. You will establish and maintain a network of active and passive candidates. You will demonstrate a strategic approach to maintaining this network and managing the day. You must be self-driven and motivated by specific measurable goals. You will exhibit agility in daily actions. Must be able to re-prioritize quickly and strategically. You will also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and communication needs to be thorough and transparent.
