Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Project Manager.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be building effective working relationships with the company leadership team to allow the Capability Lead to function at the company Director level and above. You will be providing effective communications, verbal and written, in response to standard and ad hoc status queries. You will ensure the company pace and culture is understood by all team members. You will ensure the vendor partner team is aligned to the company scorecard metrics for the capability and is positioned to support the achievement of them by the combined company and vendor team. You will deliver the project commitments to ensure the vendor work team effectively makes and delivers to commitments for budget, date, and scope of deliverables on projects. You will ensure quality processes are in place which allow the vendor to provide quality deliverables to company. This must include demonstrated evidence of quality management processes taking place within the on and off-shore teams. You will be forecasting and staffing the capability to the appropriate levels and skills sets to support project demands. You will be ensuring overall competency and know of the staff is maintained and grows over time appropriately to allow vendor to support project delivery earlier in the life cycle. You will provide weekly visibility via a director level status report, supported by additional detail, which status against delivery commitments, key risks, issues, etc. You will provide at least monthly summary of the health and status of the capability. You will also score, people transition activities, root cause analysis results, key capability level issues. You will participate in evaluation and prioritization of customer/user requests. You will oversee feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised programs. You will assign projects and work assignments to team members and directs activities.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong Salesforce background - 4+ years experience
Experience level - mid to senior
Integration experience is required
Apttus CLM experience 2+ years minimum, 3-4+ years preferred
This is not an architect role. This is a development, hands to keyboard role.
Must be onshore and must be on site in St. Louis only.
Candidates must have a webcam or video recording device available for any and all interviews that take place that are not in person
