Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Project Leader.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will lead the strategic execution of medium to large scale projects that are either standalone projects or within firm programs. Specifically, you will act as the primary business project leader. You will be leading multiple media to large scale projects simultaneously within CSG, often times spanning multiple areas, divisions, and outside vendors. You will be coordinating business efforts, being the key business contact on the project, and performing project management from a business perspective. You will also be ensuring project schedule, scope and quality objectives are met. You will be planning, identifying, analyzing and resolving project issues and risks. You will be suggesting prevention and mitigation strategies, as appropriate. You will also be escalating issues when necessary and communicating progress. You will be coordinating the gathering of requirements, facilitating meetings, and coordination of testing and training. You will also be establishing and maintaining effective communications and relationships across multiple areas, divisions, and outside vendors. You will be providing timely communication of relevant information to leadership for decision making and status. Some efforts may require leading vendor selection and managing vendor relationship throughout the life of the project.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred
  • 8+ years of experience with project and/or functional leadership in the industry in increasingly responsible positions, including 5+ years of experience leading projects.
  • Experience leading or formally mentoring project team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, multiple areas, divisions and outside vendors incorporating effective listening and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organization, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve issues that impact projects and require facilitation among multiple areas.
It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project management certification
  • Knowledge of client-centered design principles and development process
  • Knowledge of digital and agile best practices
  • Knowledge of / experience working in financial services
