Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator/Leader.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will adhere to pre-defined processes and procedures for effective project/program management. You will assist project/program leaders in carrying out project duties and tasks, coordinate project meetings, assist in gathering requirements, ensure test plans are executed, and maintain project information. You will also lead or assist with developing, monitoring, tracking and communicating progress against project schedule, scope and quality objectives, using metrics and controls to measure progress, taking corrective action and escalating issues when necessary. You will also lead or assist with issue and risk identification and resolution. You will schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and develop solutions to meet project goals. You will work with other leaders to obtain the necessary resources to achieve project objectives. You will partner with business areas and stakeholders to define and outline project objectives and measurement criteria. You will ensure project deliverables meet the business area's need and align with the division's and firm's direction. You will assess trade-offs to scope using cost / benefit analysis. You will identify process improvement opportunities within the project/program. You will provide timely communication of relevant data to leadership for decision making. You will also establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across multiple areas and third parties.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required as the position will facilitate group meetings and will be responsible for project communications.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to, with guidance, identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve elements that can impact a project.
  • Ability to organize work, break down complex tasks into management components, and manage a schedule
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a team in an environment of change
  • Proficiency with core Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
It Would Be Great, But Not Required, If You Had:
  • 1-3 years of experience in project leadership, preferably financial services, showing increasing level of responsibility
  • Knowledge of client-centered design principles and development process
  • Knowledge of digital and agile best practices
  • Prior use of MS Project and CA/PPM (Clarity)
  • Knowledge of business analysis approaches including the use ofuser stories
  • Training and / or experience with change management, ProSci ADKAR model a plus
  • Process improvement experience
