Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Project Assistant position.
You will schedule and organize activities such as meetings, interviews, and department activities for all members of the department. You will prepare the conference room for meetings. You will attend meetings and takes notes. You will pick up and set up lunch for the Practice Director and group meetings. You will also maintain the Practice Director's calendar.
You will keep internal information systems up-to-date with most recent data. You will prepare reports. You will also track hardware purchases for internal and external customers. You will review reports from the accounting department and communicates potential issues.
You will act as a liaison with other departments, including high-level staff such as the President and Practice Director. You will assist with the onboarding and offboarding of personnel. You will also assist in prioritizing important tasks.
You will organize and maintain office supplies for the entire team. You will proofread documents and track the progress of signatures on contracts. You will also work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. You will manage timekeeping for Project Director.
