Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Project Administrator position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will provide administrative support to the project manager, i.e. schedule meetings, set up work orders, etc. Under the guidance of the project manager, you will provide overall planning, tracking and documentation of projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout. You will ensure that any technical documentation is updated for the duration of the project. You will maintain the billing folders for the project, with all the appropriate documents, including expenses, consultant invoices, and monthly invoices, in accordance with standard procedures. You will generate and distribute weekly invoice and payment reports to the project manager. You will review weekly time sheets, along with the project manager. You will also prepare variance reports, as directed by the project manager. You will recommend and implement agreed process improvements to the monthly reporting cycle. You will prepare special project analyses for the project manager and others. You will research any billing issues for the billing period. You will also provide year-end support of auditor requirements, which may include research and reconcilement. You will make recommendations if any to change working practices to achieve the project objectives. You will update the projects' staff members with the project progress as required by the project manager.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Accounting degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

  • Consideration may be given to candidates with related experience without the academic requirements.

  • Minimum two years of administrative, secretarial or clerical experience preferred.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.

  • Experience in Microsoft Project a plus
