Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Program Manager - Senior position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will facilitate program definition, scoping, and planning. You will develop program management framework for multi-year initiatives, and facilitate Steering Team meetings. You will build and maintain program strategies, including scope, budget planning, impact analysis, business staffing & resource models, and prioritization framework. You will facilitate the development of program charter and key success metrics. You will contribute to change management planning for strategic initiatives. You will anticipate, track, and resolve program issues. You will escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate steering committee leadership. You will measure project progress against agreed upon objectives and success criteria. You will provide input to financial oversight and analysis process. You will also develop program management standards and processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 10 or more years of business & IT experience; exposure to data analytics / data science teams is desirable

  • Experience in structured program and project planning in a LEAN environment using hybrid waterfall/ agile project methodologies

  • Proven leadership and influence skills including the ability to influence when there is no direct reporting relationship

  • Experience leading large technology development/integration projects or programs across multiple countries/functions; exposure to Quality testing or other scientific testing methodologies is helpful

  • Experience in managing multi-year initiatives across multiple disciplines and/or teams

  • Knowledge or understanding of Agile software development lifecycle principles and methodologies

  • Ability to build networks and relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills

  • Superior negotiation skills

  • Strong team orientation, collaboration skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong results orientation

  • Expertise in defining and improving processes

  • Ability to make difficult decisions and to involve others sufficiently in the decision-making process
