Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Product Manager, RGAx position.
You will define the product strategy to ensure revenue, market share growth and proper core positioning and messaging for the product. Leads and directs the focus on strategic product decisions and understanding of current and future competitive threats. You will create the product and go-to-market plans. You will develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with key business objectives. You will also define product initiative requirements to support prototyping and scale-up; develop the business case including resource needs and cost. You will lead product development initiatives communicating progress to senior management. You will prepare launch plans and ensure successful go-to-market execution with an emphasis on the measurement of and attainment of success criteria. You will build a product portfolio and develop cross promotion plans to meet sales objectives. You will continually measure success against Key Performance Indicators. You will perform market and competitive analysis and stay abreast of new developments to ensure accurate and timely input into the market and product planning process. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activity and engage in industry events to promote products and monitor market activity. You will develop key marketing messages and the marketing plan in collaboration with marketing colleagues. You will enhance sales engagements by participating in sales visits and providing content for training and sales materials. You will evaluate partnership opportunities to enhance product offerings. You will stay abreast of the latest trends in risk assessment and is an expert with respect to indirect and direct competitor products. You will also lead the internal process to define and train the sales group on product roadmap, industry trends and competitors. You will provide sales support by assessing client needs and educating the client on respective products and responding to RFPs and RFIs.
