Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a PMI Testing Coordinator position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will develop Master Test Plans for large, complex, cross-functional projects. You will also develop and manage Test Execution Plans encompassing all project scope and all required testing phases (i.e. Unit Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, etc.) You will coordinate and provide testing status updates to project management team and stakeholders. You will document, manage and escalate testing issues/concerns as needed. You will identify and communicate testing prerequisite tasks (data, environments, etc.) to project management team. You will also identify and communicate testing progress to owners of subsequent tasks after testing (training, cutover, etc.) You will manage project team expectations and relationships related to testing. You will help the project management team manage resource conflicts by analyzing their project schedule and resource utilization related to testing. You will ensure that the approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used. You will also ensure IT governance and application testing methodology and processes are followed. You will create and manage Test Plans & Test Packages in SAP SolMan. You will assist with the creation and execution of automated test packages in WorkSoft.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint experience is required

  • Consumer goods industry experience is preferred

  • SAP knowledge is a definite plus; other ERP knowledge a suitable substitute

  • Self starter with the ability to come up to speed quickly and work independently

  • Excellent communication skills - must work effectively with many different resources

  • Ability to manage & drive testing tasks effectively as opposed to strictly monitoring progress

  • Strong influencing and facilitative/consulting skills in working with project stakeholders and team members

  • Ability to communicate testing status, issues and risks at a detailed / tactical level as well as a summary / executive level

  • SAP SolMan and WorkSoft knowledge is a plus for this position.
