Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an Occupational Health Nurse position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will interface with medical surveillance providers and physicians. You will manage OSHA medical records and X-rays for the corporation. You will also review audiometric testing and pulmonary function results. You will provide health consultation to co-workers. You will provide program management on Occupational Health. You will determine minimum medical surveillance protocols for OSHA compliance. You will coordinate follow-up medical examinations and minimum exam protocols. You will assist in OSHA Recordkeeping Requirements. You will assist in Workers' Compensation Case Management. You will prepare Health Hazard Guidelines and Health Information Sheets. You will participate in ergonomic evaluations, assessments, and training. You will monitor, review and interpret regulatory health testing requirements. You will provide compliance guidance to management and provide training to company personnel. You will develop comments on proposed safety and health regulations and participate in regulatory proceedings as related to medical surveillance or occupational health as required. You will administer corporate compliance programs as assigned. You will assist in developing budgetary guidance for medical surveillance. You will support Energy Center Nurses during outage support, vacations and as needed. You will provide emergency response to co-workers at the St. Louis General Office Building (GOB).



What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university required. Master of Science or Master of Public Health degree preferred. R.N. certificate required.

  • Occupational Health Nurse Certification required.

  • Five years Occupational Health nursing experience required.

  • Two years acute care experience strongly preferred.

  • Spirometer certification preferred.

  • Background in Medical Case Management preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize and self-direct work activities with little direct supervision and participate in a geographically dispersed team environment.

  • Ability to dispense over-the-counter medication.

  • Proficiency with MS Office required.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects to successful completion.

  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills also required.
