Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Marketing and Strategy Analyst position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will prepare and produce high quality, high impact submissions (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) including content, layout, and formatting for delivery to a client in a timely manner. You will determine strategic objective and develop content for new business opportunities, partnering with Sales Teams and Subject Matter Experts. You will also manage the trade show process. You will review, verify and evaluate cost estimates to assure agreement with written information, client specifications, and any internal assumptions; identify all materials to be included in the submission and ensure the timeliness of required information. You will produce and deliver proposal documents, including, but not limited to printing, binding, and/or other media creation. You will support the post-proposal initiative to develop analysis and reports as a tool to gain market share. You will also support research initiatives to increase market share including competitive analysis, trade area knowledge, and client demographics. You will partner with or assist others to develop and implement processes and/or policy to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness. You will identify and make recommendations regarding cost savings opportunities that maximize cost effectiveness without diminishing service levels. You will also maintain partnerships with external providers facilitating enhanced service levels and/or capabilities.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Interest in healthcare

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

  • Very proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

  • Demonstrate strong time management skills.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers.



It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:

  • Experience working in Healthcare preferred
