Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Manager (Application Development)-CRM (Microsoft).
The Business Administrative Systems Team supports a variety of solutions that are sales-support and employee-needs related. The different solutions supported by this team include CRM, CLM, HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Keeping through SaaS, on-premise and proprietary applications. Our solutions run on SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Kronos and Infor.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responsible for managing a team of developers for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM System. This includes the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities on a day-to-day basis, as well as an evaluation of existing applications to determine technical changes. You will also be asked to determine the time and resources needed to complete assignments and lead team members in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks and projects. In this role, you will also take on people management activities including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews.

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. Without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
6+ years of related experience (to include people management, software development, CRM systems, etc.)
1+ years' experience in people management, to include performance appraisals, salary reviews, hiring, coaching/mentoring, career development, etc.
Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Proficient in providing insight to technical development concepts
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to understand project requirements, allocate appropriate team resources and ensure completion in a timely manner
Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with team members, as well as communicate with vendors and IT counterparts within Enterprise
Ability to observe strengths and weaknesses of team members and make necessary changes if required
Ability to manage the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities on a day-to-day basis, including support for individual tasks
Ability to determine time and resources needed to complete assignments and lead team members in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks and projects
Must have strong teamwork qualities, with the ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with peers, vendors, senior management, and other departments
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
It Would Be Great, But Not Required, If You Had:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Environment is preferred
Knowledge of CRM systems, to include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc. Is preferred
