Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Level II Helpdesk position.
You will provide Tier 2 incident management, diagnosis, escalation, tracking, and resolution. You will provide outstanding customer service and a positive support experience by interfacing directly with clients on issues, communicating in a clear, concise manner. You will follow established processes and standards, identify and propose improvements as necessary. You will maintain a high-level knowledge of desktop, network, and mobile technologies. You will act as a resource on projects. You will perform remote diagnostic tasks. You will assist in developing technical documentation to improve training and service delivery. You will have experience configuring DSN and firewall security. You will provide preventative maintenance services for clients 2 - 4 times a month. You will also provide after hours and weekend support/project work as needed. You will perform other duties as assigned.
