Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator position.
You will answer incoming calls, emails and live chats from Members resolving member issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will provide accurate information regarding the functionality of the Learning Center. You will upload employee and training data into the LMS and AMS databases to ensure its accuracy and integrity. You will create and modify course configurations in the course catalog and learning plans, assignment of roles, securities, and permissions, manages users and user/student groups and course assignments as needed for all member companies. You will work with member companies and third-party courseware providers to ensure their content is properly configured for the LMS. You will draft new system requirements and training documentation for all users as functional updates require. You will ensure upgrades and revisions to LMS occur timely and with a minimum of disruption for users. You will also communicate all LMS updates to Marketing and Member Engagement department for promotion. You will collaborate with Member Engagement and other departments on projects aimed at bringing new products or functionality to members. You will configure and maintain site functionality to support e-commerce site and other revenue-generating initiatives. You will also configure and customize Learning Center dashboards and landing pages to reflect member companies' functional needs and branding/communication requirements.
You will act as a technical advisor to member companies and instructional design staff as new training programs are designed and implemented. You will also act as primary contact with the LMS vendor and courseware providers. You will track development hours for each member company and provide member reports to appropriate staff for billing. You will provide reporting to leadership and member companies as requested. You will host regular LMS User Group meetings to keep administrators current with platform functionality and collect feedback on system enhancements. You will use evaluation instruments to determine training and site effectiveness and recommend modifications to internal staff and the LMS vendor for ongoing improvements. You will be responsible for the management & completion of support tickets for both the LMS platform & the AMS platform as assigned. You will stay abreast of learning technologies and LMS functionality. You will make recommendations on how they can be used to increase value to member companies. You will maintain SCORM Cloud content and members reporting usage in a timely manner to Member Services team for the monthly billing cycle. You will complete all Strategic Plan action items & projects as assigned. You will solicit feedback from staff annually for individual growth and complete personal development plan outlining tasks and skills to improve upon. You will present a professional image at all times to members and vendors. You will follow organizational policies and procedures. You will do all other duties as assigned.
