Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Lead Business Development Associate position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer to develop a plan for outreach and communicate the plan to the team. Monitor progress and identify actions to ensure success. You will be the point of contact for the team in answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring the team meets its lead generation objectives. You will assist with interviewing, training, setting goals/objectives, and performance management. You will independently assess each potential opportunity individually and for the team to determine the appropriate next steps and ensure the best use of everyone's time across the organization. You will do daily outbound phone calls, emails and related follow-up activities to customers in designated geographies within the health care industry. Target customers are hospital systems and large physician practices. acute care facilities, critical access hospitals and/or large physician practices. You will establish relationships, identify leads and coordinate sales discussions between prospects and sales directors. You will develop and implement a training plan for the BDAs. You will develop scripts and selling strategies (mix of email and phone calls) for the BDAs to use on a weekly basis. You will monitor the QA of the BDAs. You will target goals to coordinate 2 sales discussions with new customer prospects on a weekly basis per BDA managed (after a month of initial outreach). You will use Salesforce and Hub Spot for contact information when making outbound calls. You will ensure that each BDA is average at least 50 outbound calls per day leveraging an auto-dialer. You will be updating Salesforce with new information gather thru outbound efforts. You will be working with the sales organization to develop prioritized outreach plans and help determine where the sales organization should be investing its time. You will learn about offerings and understand market trends to facilitate opportunity discussions with both new and existing customers. You will independently, gather market and competitor to help make strategic decisions about its offerings and go to market strategies (e.g., price, features, differentiators). You will do weekly meetings with the Chief Growth Officer to review team's activities and results, and identify best practices and lessons learned.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced formal training within sales or customer service.

  • Two to three years previous sales experience, specifically outbound phone sales, preferably within the staffing industry.

  • Prior experience overseeing the work activity of others.

  • Working knowledge of cold calling and phone sales.

  • Energetic, self-starter who has worked with quotas previously.
