Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an LMS Support Admin position.


You will assist the LMS Administrators by performing a range of duties to support NAED's online learning management system (LMS), educational programs, and internal and external customers.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will assist with the preparation and transition to a new LMS vendor. You will assist with the ongoing administration and support of the online learning management system (LMS). You will assist with the configuration and maintenance of member company's LearnCenter websites. You will assist with user and training data imports and maintenance on the LMS. You will also assist with courseware/curriculum setup and maintenance on the LMS. You will create and generate reports for internal and external customers when requested. You will upload employee and training data into the LMS and AMS databases to ensure its accuracy and integrity. You will also create and modify course configurations in the course catalog and learning plans, assignment of roles, securities, and permissions, manages users and user/student groups and course assignments as needed for all member companies. You will configure and customize Learning Center dashboards and landing pages to reflect member companies' functional needs and branding/communication requirements. You will present a professional image at all times to members and vendors. You will follow organizational policies and procedures. You will do other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Learning System Management, prior knowledge of training & development preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience required, especially Excel

  • Experience with data entry and databases a plus.

  • An acute attention to detail and completeness.

  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous.

  • Ability to quickly learn business process and applications.

  • Ability to work in a streamlined and efficient team environment.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with external and internal customers who need assistance.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

  • Self-Starter with strong attention to detail and the ability and desire to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
