Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Java Developer with spring position.
You will analyze end-user needs and design, test, and develop software to satisfy demand. You will also analyze, and translate business requirements in functional and non-function system requirements. You will develop technical workflows using different modeling techniques including UML. You will develop and maintain GUIs using design techniques such as prototyping, wireframe diagramming, and UML diagramming. You will also develop and maintain new and existing web-based and client/server applications. You will write test plans and user acceptance testing cases for quality assurance. You will build design and coding standards to ensure consistency across applications. You will improve the performance of applications via load and stress testing. You will define site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality. You will also design and develop user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests. You will recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives. You will enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. You will have knowledge around the following Methodologies: Service Oriented/Integration Architecture, Service and Environment Virtualization, Service Versioning; Session & State Management, Service Management, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Change & Configuration Management. You will build design documents, and technical implementations details including but not limited to physical environment, data flow, and software architecture of new/existing systems. You will maintain current knowledge of the rapidly changing technology market. You will also identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. You will conduct research on software technologies and hardware products to meet agreed-upon requirements and to support affiliated architecture and purchasing efforts. You will translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
