Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an Instructional Designer position.
You will create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer. You will work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs. You will state instructional end goals and create content that matches them. You will visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product. You will conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts. You will apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods. You will also provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process. You will create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.). You will decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments. You will also maintain project documentation and course folders for future training.
