Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an IT Support Technician--Level 2 position.
You will do hardware deployments and replacements, including workstations, laptops, tablets, and phones. You will do application installation and support (Citrix, Outlook, Office Suite, Exchange Active Sync for both iOS and Android, VPN, and other applications). You will also do hardware support (Windows 7 and 8 and 10, HP, Microsoft, A/V systems, and iOS and Android mobile devices, printers, copiers) including basic modifications and repairs. You will do basic LAN, WAN, and wifi support and troubleshooting. You will do VoIP support and administration (Cisco). You will manage remote support tools (LogMeIn Rescue, RDP, VPN). You will do new computer/user set up in an active directory/Exchange environment. You will also do purchasing and inventory. You will do interfacing between end users and various other technology professionals. You will assist in researching and recommending new hardware and software.
