Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented IT Infrastructure (Helpdesk)-Intermediate.

Summary:
You will provide technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.G., PCs, servers, mainframes). You will answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures, and is typically located within a call center. You will interact with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. You will maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems. Usually requires 3 to 5 years of previous experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will support aspects of our office IT infrastructure, including design, implementation and end user interaction. You will also support focus on Google and MAC environment. You will assist users in person, by phone, and via remote desktop software. You will support email, file/print, cloud services. You will also support Windows and Mac laptops, image new laptops. You will handle setup and teardown of user accounts. You will setup desks for new hires. You will do phone system support. You will also do conference room, audio/visual systems, and video conference support. You will assist with IT and A/V setup for presentations and company events.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Excellent Customer Service and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience supporting a mixed Windows/Mac environment.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining an office network.
  • Experience with Apple and PC hardware.
  • Experience with Google apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication ability.
  • Great teamwork, analytical, and problem solving.
It Would Be Great, But Not Required, If You Had:
  • Experience supporting VPN, Active Directory, LDAP servers and more.
  • Experience with audio/visual, conference room display, and Polycom or Cisco video conference systems.
  • Scripting ability.
