Our client is currently seeking a talented person for an IT Account Manager position. What You Will Be Doing: You will strengthen and create long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers in St. Louis. You will interact with clients, follow up on candidate interviews and work closely with one of the industry's top staffing teams throughout the recruiting to onboarding process in an effort to help clients identify and meet talent goals. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating regular meetings with client managers and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism. What We Are Looking For:
Fluency in working with applicant tracking systems
Passive recruiting, social networking, and job board posting expertise
Customer service excellence with a solid work ethic
Interpersonal communication skills, a value for transparency, and a desire for building internal relationships
A drive to achieve specific and measurable goals
An interest in Account Management
It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:
Familiarity with sites such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc.
VMS experience (a major plus!)
Knowledge of online recruiting tools
Creative Recruiting experience
Self-driven and self-managed work ethic
