Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Guest Representative and Operations Specialist position.



What You Will Be Doing:

Under the direction of the Manager of Programming or the Senior Manager of Operations, you will perform the duties required for general maintenance and upkeep of the company grounds and facilities. You will be able to perform demonstrations, assist with event set-up (indoor and outdoor arenas) arrange equipment such as tables, chairs, gating, matting, artificial turf, ramps fencing, pipe, and drape. You will maintain property and building cleanliness. Floors, restrooms, equipment, windows, walls, shower and bathing areas, parking lots, outside fields and arenas. You will act as ambassadors of the facility with visitors, professional groups, and dog groups. You will be alert to any discrepancies within the facility that would deter from the image of the facility and report such to a company manager. You will help facilitate daily guest activities. You will assist full-time employees with the care and maintenance of resident animals. Includes: feeding, bathing, and exercising. You will also assist full-time employees to see that all equipment and facilities are maintained in a manner consistent with the image of the company. You will be aware of OSHA regulations and use these guidelines for the proper use of equipment. You will thoroughly clean animal stalls with use of cleaning chemicals and low power pressure washer lift and relocate hay/straw bales, feed sacks, animal bedding kennels and removal of waste.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Must be able to work independently with a minimum amount of guidance.

  • Some knowledge of animal care and pets is preferred, willingness to do so is necessary to the role.

  • Willing to move heavy items via handcarts, dolly, forklift or tractor.

  • Job requires indoor and outdoor work during all seasons.

  • Must be able to lift items 50 lbs. or more consistently throughout the day.

  • Must be 18 or over, have the ability to drive tractor for wagon rides and be certified to operate forklift.

  • Must be willing to work around large animals (cows, horses, and sheep).
