Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Customer Support - Engineering position.
You will define product serviceability needs to be implemented in Product Design phase. You will contribute, with Projects teams to define a business plan for serviceability. You will review the Verification & Validation strategy and Plan for serviceability. You will also execute Global Customer Service activities: Deliverables, Resources, Planning, Delay to fit with Project Plan. You will pilot Customer Service activities for all your product range. You will manage Project & Program team reporting (risk, opportunities, and achievement). You will be re responsible and follow serviceability needs during all project development phases. You will anticipate with Service Launch readiness all Product Launch deliverables.
