Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Director of Operations position. What You Will Be Doing: You will direct the operational functions to ensure consistently operating in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures. You will develop the infrastructure support framework to enable revenue growth, enhanced profitability and/or productivity. You will identify, develop and implement best practices and procedures for internal and external operational improvements. You will direct the overall audit and compliance requirements needed to comply with Federal, State, and Local laws as well as client contract requirements. You will oversee the Accounts Receivable process to ensure collection and low AR percentage is maintained. You will also analyze and ensure compliance with operational KPI metrics. You will serve as Liaison with Corporate concerning administrative matters in regards to client, consultant, and/or core employee matters. You will collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate and adjust processes to improve operational efficiency and provide operational excellence. You will participate in formulating market strategy and make recommendations on major business decisions. You will coordinate and ensure escalated issues are resolved. You will ensure employees are trained on new and existing systems and processes. You will also develop annual budget requirements for operations teams. What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
A minimum of 5 years' management experience required.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
