Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Design Thinking, Research Enablement Specialist (142977). Do you have experience with UX research? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
You will be developing best practices and efficient user research processes to enable greater co-creation with key users, the design thinking team, and key stakeholders throughout the project, while delivering a great experience to our "Sponsor Users". Includes recruitment of Sponsor Users for firm wide design thinking engagements, and coaching / enabling teams to best work with our Sponsor Users during a design thinking engagement. You will be developing and executing the processes for identification and recruitment of users who will provide ongoing feedback and validation (typically Financial Advisors and Branch Office Administrators) and tracking their participation and experience with various design thinking engagements. You will also be maintaining and tracking research metrics in order to identify and drive continuous improvement and effectiveness of design thinking research efforts. You will be working with the design thinking research team to develop, maintain, and communicate the research playbook for a scalable design thinking research practice at the firm. You will be partnering with research analysts, as applicable, on day-to-day needs and usage of insights and design thinking tools, analysis, research synthesis, etc. You will also be maintaining the insights repository for the design thinking team to efficiently facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and department as well as ensuring compliance with firm policies. You will be collaborating with other research enablement functions at the firm to understand and align processes, where applicable, and assist research analysts in incorporating client input and feedback into design thinking engagements.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing, marketing research, user experience research, design-thinking research or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business or related study.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines, including moderate knowledge of consumer insights and user research (quantitative and qualitative) approaches.
  • Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing; preference for experience with stakeholder presentations
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, along with the ability to see the big picture
  • Experience utilizing and synthesizing primary and secondary research information sources
  • Record of cross-functional project management, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with survey software such as Qualtrics and SPSS a plus.
